The flavour of the Sussex countryside in a jar. This hedgerow jelly is made from a line-up of ever-changing proportions. Core ingredients include blackberries, bullaces, cherry plums, crabapples, damsons, elderberries, greengages, haws, mirabelle plums, rosehips, rowan berries, sloes and wild apples.
Dependent on the seasons and weather, stock will be intermittent, with live events prioritised. Each batch will be unique. For fans of handmade, homemade products, not uniform, branded flavour.
